From the M25
Turn off at Junction 5 and take the A21 towards Hastings.
FIRST roundabout, turn left,
past Pembury Hospital to
Traffic Lights, turn left onto A228
up to the FIRST roundabout,
turn right onto the B2017
(formerly B2161) (Badsell Road) follow the road until you come to a set of
traffic lights. Turn
left drive past the fire station on your right and then the police station on
your left then take the FIRST right just past St Andrews Church (on the
right) into Warrington Road go to 'T' Junction, turn right up to
staggered crossroads. (Continue
from all directions below)
From M20/M26
Turn off
at Junction 2 (M20) / 2a (M26) take the A20 towards Maidstone Follow
the signs for Paddock Wood turning right off the A20 at Wrotham
under the railway bridge and along the Seven Mile Lane (B2016).
At the roundabout go straight across (A228) (second part of Seven Mile
Lane). At the end of this second section at Roundabout go straight
over (sign posted for Paddock Wood) – at second roundabout (past Hop
Farm on your right) turn left (B2160) towards Paddock Wood.
Follow road into Paddock Wood, over railway bridge, past the Esso
Garage on the left, through the pedestrian crossing and then turn left into
Warrington Road go to 'T' Junction, turn right and follow the road up to
staggered crossroads. (Continue

From Sussex -
A21
from Hasting to Kippings Cross (south of Tunbridge wells) and turn right at
roundabout (B2160) Maidstone Road to Paddock Wood (via Matfield) Gedges
Hill. As you come down the hill and enter Paddock Wood you will have Mascalls
Secondary School on the right hand side take the SECOND right just
past the St Andrews Church into Warrington Road go to 'T' Junction, turn
right follow the road up to staggered crossroads.

the staggered crossroads (Elm Tree Pub
on left) straight over Pearsons Green Road Follow
the road through a series of "S" bends, passing Willow Lane on
your left hand side and as the road straightens and you see the dead oak
tree on the right hand side followed by a white sign on the right saying
"Old Hay" then look for private road on left, where you will see
six foot fencing and a converted Oast House on the left. Sign on the picket
fence and "footpath sign" saying Old
Hay Turn left and
follow the hovercraft signpost- Drive
